Diagnostics / Repair/Warranty Claim

$169 plus tax

Diagnoses of all functions of your MRCOOL system. Including air handler, condenser, and line set components. If an error code can be fixed without needing parts, no extra cost is incurred.

Fee includes sending documentation directly to MRCOOL tech support for warranty claims.

Once a warranty part is approved and shipped to the customer, we can replace the part based on the upfront fees shown in the next section.

Drain leak REPAIR

$169 plus tax

Diagnose air handler leak and clear drain issue.

Refrigerant charge 401A systems

$299 plus tax

Perform leak and pressure checks of air handler, outside condenser, and line sets with low or no cooling or frozen line.

Add up to 3 lbs of refrigerant (410A only)

If system does not hold a charge for at least 90 days, you can deduct the $299 off a new MRCOOL unit installation from BAM HVAC COMPANY.

Mini split AC Tune up

$99 plus tax

Clean inside air handler evaporator coils and filter. Clean outside condenser coils. Clear out drain lines. Check electrical components. Add $20 for each additional zone.
