We service MRCOOL owners that need a part replaced or installation of a new system either purchased through BAM HVAC COMPANY or some other source.
We also provide ac tune up and service drain leaks.
We do not provide diagnostic services for customers outside of the Austin and San Antonio area, such as equipment failure ,frozen lines, or unit not cooling for customers that we have not installed their MRCOOL systems.

How to submit your claim
You will need to attach:
1)photos of the outdoor condenser model and serial numbers. (see examples above)
2)photos of the indoor air handler model and serial numbers. (see examples above)
3) if possible, take photos of issue (frozen lines, temperature from air handler, etc.)
4) receipt of purchase(PHOTO)
5)attach filled in pdf file you downloaded or type all the information on the file to the email below.
